Strong honey, vanilla notes with hints of dried berries, maple syrup and walnuts

Full-bodied with caramel, honey, and vanilla. Some rye spice and peppercorn round out the pallet.

aging process
We age our Bourbon Whiskey for two years in new 53-gallon oak barrels. We use a a high rye and a high wheat mash builds for a confluence of wonderful whiskey

We finish the whiskey by dropping our used hand-cut and charred aspen wood discs from our rye whiskies as well as some new charred aspen wood discs to create a bourbon with a Taste Like None Other.
